Nosy Undercover College TV Station Reporter Penelope CAUGHT

Penelope Princeton is a Hot college student who is majoring in journalism.........she is working her way up the ladder and through College by working as an aggressive Undercover Reporter for the Local College Station often times breaking cases that even the Police, other Private Eye's and Network Station Reporters cannot crack or break................but there are risks and eventually the risks are going to catch up with her and in this case it does..........................................................................investigating a man accused of arson and defrauding insurance companies by burning or flooding his homes in order to get the Insurance company to cover the costs of remodeling Penelope gets caught in the home of the man who thinks he has seen her face before but doesn't know who she is................yet............so he tightly binds and gags Penelope while he does his own investigative research to try to find out why she is there as Penelope states she would rather.........
